We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Systems Engineer to provide technical support to the Government Technical POC and the Orchestration Services (OrcSrvcs) Program Management Office (PMO). The ideal candidate will support life cycle engineering activities across various component programs, assess developer artifacts, and contribute to key programmatic and technical processes, ensuring alignment with overarching mission goals. A TS/SCI clearance is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a technical advisor to the Government POC and OrcSrvcs PMO on life cycle acquisitions and system engineering matters.
Provide internal support for evaluating system, program, and product development across the full life cycle.
Review and provide feedback on developer products, artifacts, standards, and policy changes.
Participate in Engineering Review Boards (ERBs) and Configuration Control Boards (CCBs).
Support requirements management activities, including allocation and coordination across interdependent programs.
Facilitate requirements elicitation, negotiation, verification, and validation processes.
Support all ASP/ISP-related activities; engage with ISP PMOs for planning technology upgrades and roadmap development.
Assist in identifying, tracking, and mitigating technical and schedule-related risks.
Provide input for annual updates to documents including the Intelligence Capability Baseline Description (ICBD), Independent Lifecycle Cost Estimate (I-LCCE), and OMB-300 Exhibits (or MSA equivalent).
Develop and contribute to briefing materials for CORE, ERBs, CCBs, IPTs, and Technology Line of Business forums.
Required Qualifications:
TS/SCI clearance required
Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in IT requirements development and Government acceptance testing.
Demonstrated project management experience focused on cost, schedule, performance, and risk management.
Desired Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
Experience with Intelligence Community (IC) or DoD systems architecture and engineering.
Familiarity with the NGA Mission and acquisition processes.
Knowledge of NGA legacy systems and current engineering practices.
Specialized experience with NGA requirements and systems engineering processes.
