Job Summary:
IT Veterans is currently seeking an IT Inventory Specialist to join our team. You must have an active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
Job Details:
- Order and replenish supplies as needed to support operations.
- Oversee shipping and receiving of equipment and materials.
- Maintain and organize stockrooms and supply areas.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and audits to ensure accuracy.
- Issue and track deployable communication equipment.
- Maintain inventory control systems and prepare reports.
- Create and deliver logistical reports and presentations.
- Support load-out/load-in of equipment, including aircraft pallets, trucks, trailers, and vans.
- Manage the lifecycle of IT equipment from acquisition through deployment.
- Ensure all IT equipment is properly registered, tracked, and documented.
- Produce and update online records for accountable property.
- Assist with vehicle and equipment loading/unloading.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning on vehicles and facilities.
Requirements:
- Clearance: Active TS with SCI eligibility; may require polygraph and/or drug testing.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in IT inventory or logistics roles.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with government logistics systems and database management.
- Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 70 lbs, perform prolonged kneeling, and climb trucks or equipment.
- Deployment: Must be able to deploy with 1-hour recall, both CONUS and OCONUS.
