IT Veterans seeking an Authorized Service Interruption (ASI) Circuit Coordinator with an active TS/SCI clearance.
Responsibilities: ⦁Provide the overall management of the customer’s Enterprise-wide Authorized Service Interruption (ASI) program ⦁Perform daily coordination with the different ASI groups for external Higher-Level scheduled maintenance requests and internal scheduled maintenance that may impact the customer’s network ⦁Isolate “point-to-point” related circuits that may be affected by an ASI and determine what systems or services may be affected per each circuit ⦁Determine if alternate capabilities (alternate path’s / tunnels) exist for each site affected ⦁Establish and/or maintain the Circuit Management database while sustaining 95% accuracy ⦁Provide reporting for all new circuit call outs and discontinuation orders, circuit size, location, node designation, Monthly Recurring Cost (MRC), usage, including bandwidth utilization reports and operational status ⦁Conduct end-to-end testing after vendor delivery of new circuits to include a minimum 72-hour burn-in prior to acceptance ⦁Provide 100% of as-built documentation for all supported networks and store contents in the Knowledge / Content Management site
Required Qualifications:
TS/SCI clearance with the ability to gain and maintain a CI Poly.
Experience with various Microsoft technologies such as MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and SharePoint
Experience with system applications:
ServiceNow Ticketing System
Telecommunications Certification Office Support System (TCOSS),
Good oral and written communication skills
